I have no tolerance for anything cooked in fat, particularly potatoes, so I will neither confirm or deny the fries, chips, crisps issue. If you want to argue on the correct spelling and pronunciation of words, you may want to do so in a different language. The rules for grammar are equally irrational in UK as in the US. There are three Japanese cars in my driveway, one a hybrid. If America cities had decent public transportation or sidewalks I would most certainly take advantage of other wheels or feet more frequently, but I am in the small minority of citizens who believe there is a relationship between fossil fuels and global warming. I despise guns and would protest more about them if I was not afraid my neighbors would form a vigilante group and have me shot. However, I can't let the beer thing stand. My British son in law was amazed to find that there is some excellent beer in the US, no doubt influenced by the 20% or so of Americans who actually own passports and may have traveled outside the country at some time in their lives. We also have some lovely scenery, but it's going fast. If you want to visit I will be happy show you what's left, and later, we can drown our mutual sorrow at the demise of something that sounded so good on paper in a pint or two.Spellboundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15509472793661588823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7555664269648250473.post-5701708493023388412007-07-29T11:58:00.000-05:002007-07-29T11:58:00.000-05:00Can I still put Worcester on my steaks or are stea...Can I still put Worcester on my steaks or are steaks out, too?Dave Renfrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04298793531156100705noreply@blogger.com
