I remember the pictures you posted of your steam museum visit with her.

I have been told that eczema is caused by the immune system, as you say. Nothing online seems to give any indication that cortizone or shots or antibiotics work, really. (My brother had it.) Some relief is sometimes to be had by an over-the-counter preparation that has a bit of coal tar in it (Here the ointment is called "Psoriasin" because it was originally meant for psoriasis. It seems to stop the excess skin from forming and cracking. A very expensive moisturizing cream called Eucerin is also worth a try, applied darn near constantly. I don't know if either is available where you live. I've even read where certain allergies (such as too much dairy intake) causes it to flare up. The bottom line is they really don't know. My sympathies to you, because I know what my brother went through.

Sorry for the rambling.Relax Maxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01051381168322495999noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7555664269648250473.post-77947381929667721642011-01-16T14:25:56.388-06:002011-01-16T14:25:56.388-06:00What a day!

It's varied, not repetitive drudgery, I move around a bit, see different people, am much of the time outdoors.
and, had I taken a couple of the job offers I've had in the last few years, which have all offered more money, I'd be unemployed now, as those companies have crashed into oblivion. I'm happy to be with a smallish company with a good ethos, on a modest wage, with not too much stress.

Nag: I'm already round the bend. My brother has in recent weeks, started to take some of the carer's load, if I'd had to do it all since christmas, I don't think i'd have survived.
Fingers crossed for a smoother week!soubriquethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01151288534629885195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7555664269648250473.post-50341108114399574352011-01-16T11:02:08.196-06:002011-01-16T11:02:08.196-06:00I'm easily irritated so a week like you've...I'm easily irritated so a week like you've had would have driven me around the bend. My mum had Alzheimers so I know a bit about what that's like. I admit that hearing about your job makes me feel better about mine.
